The MSAB Share

| 2) | Melker Schörling has, through a fully owned company, issued a call option to the CEO Ulrik Svensson. The call option gives Ulrik Svensson the right until the 13th of August 2011 to buy shares in MSAB amounting to SEK 37.5 million. The exercise price will be 125 % of the market price at the time of issue (SEK 90.26 x 1.25 = 112.83). The option was transferred to market price on the 14th of August 2006. |

Dividend Policy
Given the company’s profit development, current financial situation and future development possibilities, the objective for the board of directors is to propose yearly dividends, amounting to at least 50 % of the ordinary dividends received from the portfolio companies.
