MSAB has a small, flexible and efficient organisation with three employees and a large network with considerable additional competence. The network has emerged since Melker Schörling made his first investment in Securitas and contributes with know-how and contacts necessary to implement the company's strategy. Many of the persons involved in the network have worked with Melker Schörling all the way back to when Melker was the CEO of Securitas.
Because of the current organisation structure MSAB has short lead time in decision making and are able to act time efficiently. This also means that MSAB has low overhead costs which is an important factor in making the MSAB-share an attractive investment.
